SUBJECT: APPLICATION INVITED FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS/SPARES AS SPECIFIED IN THE “TRADE GROUP” FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION BY MAHARASHTRA METRO RAIL CORPORATION LIMITED.
The applications are invited from the Manufacturers for registration of their Products/Materials/Spares for items required for the projects in the Trade Group of Rolling stock ,Electrical items, Signalling & Telecommunication, Civil Construction Materials & Chemicals, Fasteners, Bridge Bearings, Fire Fighting Systems, Structural Steel Items as specified in the Trade Groups for Vendor Registration for our ongoing Projects.
Those who are Interested may download the Application Form, Checklist Form & Annexure-I form and submit duly filled with all the required details along with the credentials & supporting documents (Hard copies serially numbered) & Vendor Registration Scrutiny Fee of Rs,20,000.- (non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn infavour of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, payable at Nagpur to the address of The Addl. General Manager (Contracts), “Metro Bhavan”, First Floor, Opp: Dr. Ambedkar College (near Deeksha Bhoomi), South Ambazari Road, Nagpur 440010, Maharashtra (INDIA) Tel: 0712-2554217 for further process.
Vendor those who are willing to get Registered with “Maha Metro Rail Corporation Limited” for their product is required to submit Vendor Registration Scrutiny Fee of Rs.20,000/-(Non-Refundable) along with the Vendor Registration Forms/Check list/Annexure-I and relevant credential documents.
Once the Vendor Registration name is processed for approval of their products, then the Vendor will have to deposit on demand for further Registration Success fees of Rs. 50,000/- for small value Registration and Rs. 1,00,000/- (Non-Refundable) for High Value Registration. (High Value Registration shall include Steel items, Cement, Electrical Items like Panels, Motors etc., Other Items may be treated as "Small Value").
The Initial Vendor Registration Scrutiny Fees irrespective either successful or not successful and vendors Registration Success Fees (only on demand by Maha Metro) will be required to deposited in favour of “ Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, payable at Nagpur” by the Vendor.
Please note that none the above fees is "Not refundable". Vendor may please note that Maha Metro will not give any assurance/Gurantee for use of your products/services for ongoing / future projects and the Product Approval does not bind Maha Metro in any way for use of their products or services in our Metro Rail Projects.
