WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PHOTO CONTEST?

The contest is open to all individuals of all ages.

HOW DO YOU PARTICIPATE?

• The contest would be held every month. The participants in this contest are expected to click photographs of ongoing project work at various locations of the city.
• The contest would be held once every month and photographs should be shot using professional camera. The photograph should be of high quality.
• You will have to submit your photographs on the photocontest.nmrcl@gmail.com email id. You can send your photos from 1st to 15th of every month on given email id only.
• Digital high-resolution colour photographs in one of the following file formats are accepted: .jpg, .jpeg and .png. The photos must be sent in their original size, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Each contestant may enter two photos along with a caption and concept note for each with their Full Name, Contact Number, Address and Profession.
• The contestants are expected to follow work-related rules at project sites while taking pictures. They should ensure that the project work is not hampered because of them.

HOW IS THE WINNER SELECTED?

• The winner will be determined after assessing entry matching with Criteria and Quality. Photographs should be related to Nagpur Metro project only. Other entries would not be considered for the contest.
• The winners will be selected by an eminent jury every month between 15th to 25th. Their decision will be final.
• Entries could be submitted by 15th of the month.. The results would be announced in the same month.

WHAT PRIZE CAN YOU WIN?

The winners will get Attractive awards :
The winners will be announced on 20th to 25th of every month on the official Facebook page and Website of Nagpur Metro.

WHAT ARE THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE PHOTO CONTEST?

By participating, you guarantee and declare to Maha Metro that you have full ownership of the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the entered photographs and you are the only author. You shall indemnify Maha Metro against any recourse of any kind linked to the exploitation, the reproduction and use of the photos entered by you. By participating, you also declare that, if a person or persons are pictured on the photos entered by you, you have the permission of this person or these persons to reproduce their portrait. The entered photos must be taken by you. The copyrights of the photo are transferred to Maha Metro. The entered photos may be used in the communication by and about Mah Metro, both during and after the contest. The contest is open for anyone and everyone except for Maha Metro staff.

By taking part, the participant fully and unconditionally complies with both the rules and all decisions taken regarding this photo contest. Maha Metro reserves the right to modify/change the rules for this contest as it deems necessary. No telephone calls or correspondence will be conducted about the rules.
