Our Team records details of all the items that have been misplaced or located by passengers in the Metro premises. The articles found to be deposited to the Station Controller. We will make all reasonable attempts to return the lost items to their rightful owner. Please do not touch or open any unattended item in the Metro premises or Metro trains. Inform Metro station staff or the Customer Care Centre or call us at 1800-270-0557or 741-000-4333 to inform about the unattended articles.
Instructions to collect lost articles
1. Visit customer care centre of nearby station within 24 hours. After 24 hours, contact Lost & Found cell as mentioned below.
2. Photocopy of any ID proof (having address) along with original is mandatory to collect articles.
3. If the lost articles are not claimed within one month, the same shall be disposed off as per extant procedure.

Location : Concourse Level, Jhansi Rani Metro Station, Nagpur.
Timings : 09.00 am to 06 pm (on all working days except Sundays, National Holidays, Gazetted Holidays).
